GNT was formed in January 2009. It is a merger between Trattles and Co (which has been operating for 4 years) and Santiago Guerrero. Whilst newly formed the partners have worked together on major projects for the past 4 years.
We work with companies that range from start-up to $250 million a year in revenue. It is our belief that most of these companies do not need a full-time CFO, but they do require strategic financial expertise to insure growth and success.

Has served as the CFO / COO for early stage companies in the software, telecom, and new media. Previous experience also includes COO of a ASX listed IPTV company; consulting and audit areas of public accounting; Senior Consultant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Wayne earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting & Mandarin from Bond University, Australia and is a Chartered Accountant.

Experience includes over 20 years of superannuation administration and general business management including compliance and company secretarial for both private and public companies as well as company start-ups. His experience also includes Human Resource Management and has been involved in the establishment of HR policies and processes.
Santiago holds a Masters in Management from Charles Sturt University and a Diploma in Superannuation Management from Macquarie University.
